PSD or xhtml-CSS to working PRESTASHOP website

I have a template from [login to view URL] that needs to be converted to a working Prestashop website. Here are the details: * Template comes in xhtml/CSS and PSD * I need a few things changed in the PSD before converting to Prestashop -> color changes, brightness changes, and a new mouse-over menu, to name a couple * You will need to install our logo (already made) into the working website as well * Must be SEO friendly * You must install the template and it must be working on my hostgator server (login will be provided) * This will eventually be used to sell products (ecommerce), so allow a future developer to add BUY NOW buttons easily, and CART buttons easily. You must be fluent in Photoshop, and have a lot of creativity. You must include a portfolio in your bid or PM. The attached jpg is a small screenshot of the template you will be working with. If you cannot modify this template, cut it and turn it into a working prestshop site installed on my servers (hostgator), please do not bid on this project.
