Computer Generated Website Copy

I'm looking for someone to make me a copy of www.thejobexplorer.com. I think they are computer generated pages from some kind of database. There are a lot of pages! Anywhere from 5,000 - 10,000 I think. The website needs to have the adsense integrated into it as well. The pages need to be unique content as it can't be exactly the same site as the pages need to be unique so that Google caches them properly. I would prefer for someone to come up with a strategy as to how we would release these pages slowly so as to replicate adding pages day by day instead of doing it all at once. This is above my head how to do this project so I need you to give me a quote and then suggest how we would go about doing this. I need you to provide me with a strategy going forward. I doubt that you would want to copy and paste every single article and revise the writing to make it unique content. Look forward to your ideas!
