Magento Site Need Some Features

Hello Friends We have online shopping site in magento..We need some features in this website as following: #1 Color Pallets -- We need color swatches for each product..as in this website ref site: [login to view URL] We need to enter available color for each product and also we need to store images for available colors. #2 We need 3 tier prices implementation as per the excel sheet which we will provide you. Basically there colors dependency as below: (1) price depends on colors..like for white product color will be different then other colors of same products.
