Adult Website

Looking for someone to build a website as follows: Upon going to URL, they will come to page with user agreement and an option to agree. If they agree they will be taken to the main page. The main page will consist of a horizontal menu that will have approximately 8 categories. When user clicks on the category it will take them to corresponding page. Most of it will be text with some images. The image gallery should be done by jquery or something similar that is lightweight but comparable to the flash galleries. I am looking for someone who can build this out within the next few days. I have a fairly specific look that I am seeking. I will provide links and outline what I like about each.
