Create Wordpress Navigation Menu - CSS

1) Background image for "buttons" available here: [login to view URL] a) Small color modifications might be needed to match theme of website. 2) Mouse Rollover Effects should match those of above link. --- TOTAL: Need background images and CSS stylesheet code for my Wordpress site to create a navigation menu that is similar to the one shown above. Since it is Wordpress, I use the "wp_list_pages" function to obtain the links in my navigation menu. In the end, the size/color of the navigation menu should fit my theme and be relatively consistent across the major browsers.
