Revamp Custom Product Wordpress Site and Add Features

About a year ago I designed [login to view URL] using a free wordpress theme, and although it works ok. I would give it a 6/10 for functionality and appearance. I'd really like to hire someone that can take this up to a 10/10. Over the past year I've managed to get some decent rankings for my key search terms, so I'd like to hire someone that knows about SEO so that I don't lose my rankings when the website is redesigned. My biggest competitor right now is [login to view URL], and I'd personally give their site a 7.5/10 for appearance and a 10/10 for functionality. Since I am not much of a coder I'd like to keep this a wordpress site, but I'd be open to other options as long as they will be easy for me to run and do minor updates to. Most importantly I want a clean order system that gets the image from the user, information on any touchups they need done, and payment, and leaves me with an easy to access log of their image, shipping address, and options. Right now I've too many steps such as requiring them to create an account before they upload a picture, and when I do go into the backend I have to view their user accounts and try to match up who paid for the order. Second, I'd like some redesign work done. A new theme would be great, and a really nice looking banner. I want the site to be simple to use, and look neat, clean, professional, but not too boring. Third, in addition to the main personalized product I sell I would also like to sell some predesigned curtains, so I'll need some sort of cart system, and a way of identifying different products. I'm looking for someone that would be interested in maintaining a relationship with me, and doing updates to the site as needed as well as perhaps designing banner advertisements and such for me. Take a good look at my competitor's site, because they're spot on for functionality, and I'd like pretty much all the features they have (including a preview of the image), but just a little bit more sexy.
