Build a Website

I am redoing my website and am falling behind on work, so I would like someone to help me finish it. The website has been started but I would like you to clean up the code. Having nice clean code is a must. I would need a total of 6 pages, Home (has been started), services page, portfolio page, 1 portfolio item page, resume page, and contact page. For the services, resume, and contact page, I would basically want it to look almost identical to my old website, so you wont have to do much with that. I just need the code to be clean. The website should be responsive as my old website is, and it should be compatible and look the same on ever browser including IE (IE 9 and above). It should also work on all devices such as Android, iOS, and WP8. My current (old) website can be viewed at [login to view URL] The work in progress website can be viewed at [login to view URL] Please use the work in progress website as a starting point. I want the navigation buttons to behave the way are. But I would like the buttons to be fixed after you scroll down (sort of like my old website). I attached images of how I want it designed. You will noticed I have a style switcher on my website. For now, you can just leave that alone, but make sure it stays working. I noticed it does not work on my WP8 device so if you could please fix that, it would be great. So ignore the style switcher style sheets ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) and just write all the code on the layout.css. I will move things around later to make the style switcher work. Also, on the homepage you will notice that there is slideshow with my logo that will switch style sheets (just like the button on the top right of the page) I noticed this only works on chrome, so please view it on chrome so that you can see what I want it to do. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. This is a pretty simple project I believe. The hardest thing will probably making that slide show to work on the homepage... Please use cleanest code possible and avoid using .js when possible. The images are attached. The images have instructions on the left side. I will send you all the website files I have of the new website I started to build. I am looking to not go over $150 since it is a fairly easy project. I would like it done in about 5-10 days.
