Create Ad Optimized, 3-4 page site, #1 Google Already

Currently this domain is making no money for me, but has a ton of organic and direct traffic. Looking for an attractive, SEO optimized design and content, with 3 or 4 pages - (HTML) or .NET (2.0+) - that is ready for Adsense, Amazon Product and/or Clickbank ads based on the domain in the attachment. Research the domain and keywords (2) and give me a homepage + 3 or 4 pages of content that is ready to get results from the current traffic. See attached and acknowledge via PM for consideration.
