Web Design Expert Required

We are looking to work with a freelancer or team of web designers on a number of projects. This particular project requires a team or individual with experience in internet marketing as the sites you will be working on are lead generation sites. This project is broken down into 3 steps: 1. Modifications to an existing squeeze page that we already have in html & psd. We require a new layout to increase lead conversions. We have created a wireframe and instructions. We will need somebody with experience in this type of design to work on this page and upload it to optimiser and test the conversion rate until we are happy. Once this is completed we will begin step 2 of this project. 2. Once this new squeeze page has been formulated it will be used on 4 other 1 page websites that we have ready to go live. You will replace the current landing section of these new sites with our new squeeze page and will make minor modifications to the design below the [login to view URL] will need to tweak the design so that it matches up with the new squeeze page. You will also be required to insert a moving banner on the right hand side of the site which moves with the user as they scroll up and down our site. This is to increase conversions. In this moving banner we will have a contact form, our social media connections and sharing [login to view URL] files for these sites are also attached. 3. The final piece of this project is to change our main company website from html onto a wordpress design using the new squeeze page and additional features requested in the attached zip file. We require 3 unique page designs for this site. This wordpress site must also be optimised onsite for seo. We will give the successful designer a wire frame for each new page required and clear instructions for each. These are attached. This is not a one off project. The successful freelancer or team must have a desire to work on continuous projects and must be available to communicate at least 10 hours per day on a uk timezone. We require reliable experts who want to work on an ongoing basis.
