Joomla Consulting

I am interesting in some advice and consulting on building a medium-size site in the Joomla CMS. I currently have three separate sites and am looking at building 3 more sites that I would like to incorporate into one Joomla backend but utilizing different subdomains. For example, on [login to view URL], clicking different buttons will bring you to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] ​, etc. I would like to do the equivalent with [login to view URL] (for indiana), [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc I also am very dissatisfied with a few of the design elements that I'm having trouble editing, as well as some conceptual visualization. For example, on the right side of the showcase area (on my [login to view URL] site), there's a tab sticking out to the right, and I have been unable to eliminate it. I'd also like to massively increase the aesthetic appeal of the class schedules tables on the "classes offered" pages, but I don't know what direction to take that. I'm looking for a consultant who is willing to do conference/skype/video chat calls who has a lot of experience building easily navigable, aesthetically appealing Joomla sites who can help me do a sitemap and visualize the possibilities.
