E-Commerce Site with Product Input.

I will provide a concept for this website in PSD format. Your job will be to convert this PDF to a fully functional website. I then require a e-commerce system setting up (preferably Magento) with the input of up to 3600 products. I have attached a document (Freelancer [login to view URL]) showing the sort of data that will be required to be input. Each product will need to have the possibility of having up to 110 product features in the description on it (most of the features will be numerical), but if a product only has 15 of the features then it will only show the 15 that apply to that product. I do not want to see 110 features listed on the product with 95 listed as N/A. Some of the products will also have a couple of pricing variables which will dictate the price. Length, Weight etc. There will be 2 price structures. 1. Delivery to the EU, 2. Delivery to the rest of the world. Each product will also have an attached data sheet/certificate that will be supplied to you to add, This will be in PDF format and will be displayed with a light-box effect or similar. The products do not require images. At checkout you will have the option to buy (Paypal for credit cards or by invoice/bank transfer if you are an account holder), request a quote or make a general inquiry about the selection. A discount function will also be required so regular customers can apply a code to receive a discount set by us. Once the parameters are set up this is a labour intensive data input project. You will have to input up to 3500 products About Me! I am very easy to work with. I prefer to communicate through Google Talk, this enables me to send screen shots and clear defined instructions. Whilst I appreciate timelines and deadlines are important, I much prefer to get a job done correctly and to 100% of my client’s specifications. I work late every day so generally I am only unavailable between 12:00 and 7:00am GMT every week day, and I am available most daytimes on a weekend.
