Website to Android App Creating Website/Tool

I want to make a website which can convert any URL/Weblink to an android app (ready to be uploaded to google play)... Please check [login to view URL] to get complete idea what exactly I want to do. I will have also 3 types of packages for the users. Free package allow someone to make an android app from website url (Only limited to 10 apps per email address). Free package will have my admob ID in it all the time. Ads Free package will allow user to make an android app from a website without any ads (no admob ID at all). Ads suported package will have user's own admob ID in it. You can use wordpress or any other platform which is easy to manage and have admin panel.. Winning bidder will get $25 extra from me to try and test functionalities of [login to view URL] if required.. You need to basically make the similar website to this one.. No milestones until completed work is done.
