Adsense/design expert : optimise placement, revenue

Using our google analytics account, and our site, decrease bounce rate, increase CTR, increase CPC, increase ECPM, and time on site. Our CTR is currently running at between 0.16% to 0.26% (yes, this is fractions of a percent). We run between two and three adblocks per page, and our ECPM is about $3.50 currently. A small investment in optimization over the last few weeks has improved our earnings 20%. We think there is more available. We are looking for someone who is able to use all the analytics and adsense intelligence tools available to: - clearly spec or discuss layout improvement suggestions - run A-B tests - identify weak navigational elements - monitor the performance of any change all with the goal to improve our daily revenue while ALSO decreasing bounce rate. A bonus would be SEO skills if simple content tweaks (titles, header elements) can improve our search rankings. This is an interesting job for an adsense guru as you have over 100,000 quality uniques per day to play with (a million a week).
