Magento Retail Website

Very simply, I need an ecommerce store created. At this time, we only have about 75 products, but we will need the ability to add more as we grow. Note: One of my staff will need a quick lesson on how to add product, descriptions, pricing, etc. For one product of this site, we have an API that needs to be installed as we are a re-seller for a product that has some custom forms, etc (all on another site). Basically, we just need the API from the other site installed onto our new site. I also want a template design like this: [login to view URL] I already have a logo for the site that you can incorporate with the design. The SSL certificate that I provide will need to be incorporated as well. We will need the Magento site uploaded to the URL that is hosted with GoDaddy. Also, the ecommerce site needs to have a mobile phone compatible plugin so that visitors from cellphones, tablets gets to view the site in a compact version. For payment methods, we will be using the PayPal API from a payment gateway which I will provide later for integration. We do not send milestone payments as we have been burned before.
