Fully customized Zen Cart mobile template needed

We need mobile templates for a zen cart-based web site that we operate. We have customized the shopping very extensively so off-the-shelf templates would not work for us. We need someone who has the skills to customize a mobile template for our site without disrupting any aspect of our existing, non-mobile templates. There are two phases to this project. Phase 1 is to setup a mobile template for the home page which you can see at [login to view URL] In Phase 2, you will analyze what we have done with each of the stores on the web site and determine the best way to implement a mobile template that would automatically be applied when a mobile device user clicks on any of the cards that you see on the home page to go to one of the stores that we host. If it is possible, we would like for the mobile template to use the color scheme from the regular template for each store, but one generic template that is applied to all stores would also be acceptable. It's just a matter of what's possible, practical and affordable to implement. To clarify, your job in phase 2 is simply to analyze what we have today, then provide recommendations and an estimate of time and costs to implement your recommended solution.
