[login to view URL] is a niche site to promote Open House’s within the small geolocation of the Tampa and Greater Tampa Area. We already have a site, but it is built on an old platform and we need to refresh it. Our goal is to make this as User Friendly as possible for our Realtor’s as they are the ones who upload and input all the data for their open houses, but also for any general user that is coming to subscribe to a location and use the platform to view open houses. What we need done: Front Page - We would like to have our front-page emphasis the locations we currently offer. With the ability for their section on the home page to be clickable and lead to a sub-page dedicated to that locations listings: South Tampa, Seminole Heights, Hillsborough (North), Hillsborough (South), Pinellas. As well as a brief description about what the site is. - We rely on our ad space to generate income, but we also don’t want the site to seam “spammy”. We are open to suggestions on how to format the ad space and how it would look within the site. - Ads: we want them to be exclusive, meaning we aren’t going to connect it to Google Ads and have them generate on our site, but rather have locations throughout that site that would be static, but also randomize from the ones we have and link outbound. We’re open to different ad sizes, but we do like the idea of having a Front Page header ad and footer ad as our premium ad space locations. - Navigation Bar: Locations, About Us, Rules, Contact Us, Help, Login/Sign Up Sub-Pages - Top of the page would be the title of the location: so South Tampa, Seminole Heights, etc.. - Below that it would show a graphic of the geolocation of where it encompasses. We have highlighted maps with the zip codes outlined, but would also be looking to make them more elegant. - A subscribe button on these pages, so Realtor’s and General User’s can sign-up to receive the email regarding the caravan that week for that geolocation. - All the listings o This section has the MOST opportunity in my eyes. I’d like to see the aesthetic focus more on the homes itself and how it is presented while also promoting the Realtor. Similar to how you’d see on a Zillow or Realtor site (the listing views) o We could mirror how the listings look from [login to view URL] o Larger product imagery – maybe the ability to store up to 5 shots of the property that can scroll on the listing page. o Better formatting on the listing itself  Clickable address – mobile friendly  Easily readable details – price, bed, bath, garage, Property type, MLS#, Open House Time  Section that highlights the realtor info and pulls from their profile – headshot, phone, email, brokerage name, brokerage logo, Facebook link, website link o Ability to toggle from the list view to map view o Download Button And Email to me Button so it can download the PDF or send the PDF to an entered Email address o Ability to check the houses they want to keep, so when they download it or email it, it is just those homes. o Is it possible to have it connect all the selected houses or the full list and route them smartly from an entered starting point? o General: - Add a disclaimer to the site, for when accounts get created statingwe don’t take responsibility for damages on the tours. Privay policy, use of date etc… - ADA compliance Features: - Need a login and sign up page o One for Realtors  Bot to cross reference Realtors to license from public source o One for Non-Realtors or every other user. o Prompt them to subscribe to any of the following geolocated caravans lists - Forgot Password set up - How To Page to upload videos to - Ad space, what would be the best way to incorporate our static ads. Could we incorporate them into the listing spaces? Also on the header and footer of the site? - Auto archiving PDF list for each open houses
