Changes needed for Church Web Site

We need some work done to our Church web site. We dont have much of a budget for this, so please keep the bidding as low as possible. Here is a list, but anything else that you see that needs to be better, please let us know. Contact Page. (if possible, can these be automatically be fed to web site once service is archived?) See this example [login to view URL] Home Page - Can the logo be made so that instead of the section with the logo is so big, the black section is just wide enough for the timer and the logo would overlap into the blue area. Make logo even larger Home page. Instead of the "Latest Sermon: Needs: What are needs? - September 9, 2013", I would like that removed an a banner in its place. Banner should say "Be the Church.
