Looking for a site close to [login to view URL] Programming of the site would be 90 % same as the above site but the html templates will be different. Layout and a few features are going to be changed , some will be dropped and a few will be added. Before bidding, please take a deep look to the site and make sure that all the functions are understood and can be produced. Please note: 1)This site will be more like a classified ad site, where we will have different levels of membership/services. 2)Its not going to be an e-auction site. However, you will have to incorporate with pay pal for sellers to get their money. 3)There are going to be alot of categories for people to look what they are interested in, the site should be able to show the distances between them. Vistors to the site should be able to find out goods or services they are looking for by plugging in their zipcode or city/state and the radius/distance for their search. 4)How long will it take for you to complete this project? 5)Please do not ask for additional pay for changes in the final stages as there are going to be a few changes if required. 6)In the future I might need to change or add search criteria for different categories , so it will be a longterm relationship.
