Convert a Template to a Website

I need a Wordpress website created on the Genesis framework (I already own) for a podcast, according to a PSD mockup. Attached are a few examples images. The website will be very simple, only consisting of 5 pages. The most complicated pages are attached below as mockups (note, mockups are rough drafts, not completed). I will have full PSD files for all mockups. Here are the aspects I need this wordpress website to contain: 1. I want an "Episodes" post type created. This will work like a normal post type, except under the "content", I want another space where I can paste an RSS feed to a specific episode (from soundcloud). I then want each post that is created to display like a blog post, but with the "Smart Podcast Player" attached to the top of the post, displaying the episode linked to in the RSS feed. The main feature I'm looking for is to have the Smart Podcast Player appear automatically above each new episode post. 2. I want the home page to display the 4 most recent episodes, in the format described above and shown in the mockup. 3. I want the episodes page to display like a normal blog (as shown), but with the podcast player attached above each post. 4. I need the website to be mobile/responsive. If the work is done well, I will have many other projects for the developer in the feature.
