Creating simple website

Hi, I need creating simple website with 8-9 pages. I will provide logos and 3 different jpg files to be used as a header on different pages. The design that I would like you to create could be seen on the site called [login to view URL] and would like my home page to look like that. I would like you not to use flash. Once pages are ready I will add text. Also I should be able to maintain this website by adding few pages or adding more titles into menu (with Dreamweaver).
