Develop a module and some customization to an existing Prestashop website

Hi, I'm looking for a module or some customization that can help the website to manage a Multi Level Marketing. The Prestashop website is already done and the version is 1.6.1.5 Actually what I'm looking for a customization that MUST do the following things: Standard customizations: Add a "Codice Fiscale" field on all users registration (agents and normal users) Agents customizations Develop a mini-module to insert "agents" through a CSV (or others) file. On admin backend we should be able to insert all agents. These agents will be actually customers but we need an additional field (for example "typo_of_user") to know if they are regular customer or not. When inserted each agent should receive an email with credential to log-in as customer. Shipping cost for agents should be different then for standard users. Agents CANNOT change their personal data like the users do in frontend. Agents will have different prices (Not percentage. I was thinking about add 2 fields on product table: agent_price_normal and agent_price_sale). So if agent log into the system he will see the prices dedicated to him. Agents must be allowed to check commissions they earned since the begin of the current year. We are speaking about a MLM so in this case agents must be allowed to see all commission related to their direct sell but also commission related to people that is "under" their position. Would be great to see the "tree" with all branches where each branch is a sub-agent. Each branch would output the total they sell since the begin of current year and the related commission. This panel should give the possibility to the agent to search for a particular sub-agent (related to agent of course) and even in a date-range. When an agent is performing an order we need to check the limit per year. Agents cannot sell for example 5000€ per year. If limit is reached we need to send an email to agent to inform him that the limit has been reached. Agent have even a LEVEL field (INTEGER) and an ID_REFERENCE (the ID of user that is related to him in MLM system). Agent have even a LIMIT (5000 € per year). If agent reach the MAX_SELL_LEVEL he will be able to change level. Webservices A webservice to give to client and to let him check how manies pieces are available. The webservice should return the number of item availables for a particular product (remember we are in MODA and Fashion so we need to consider sizes, colors...) A webservice to check all payment. If a payment has not been paid the script should delete the order not paid. A webservice to export all orders data in a XML files A webservice to change the state of an order. (any state). This change should be traced even with date A webservice to set the state of a product to be visible or not A webservice to change quantity of items (still remember we have sizes, colors...) Some System Config information to add to let the values be editable Max commissions in Euro for agents with no VAT position (the 5000€...) Percentage of "Ritenuta acconto" to set for agents with VAT Percentage of "Ritenuta acconto" to set for agents without VAT
