Edit and enhance existing admin template

Hey, I have a software that is already done. but its using very plane and basic admin template. I am looking for creative web designer to enhance the design and the entire user experience. The main thing is to make the software feel PROFESSIONAL, NEAT, and use of tons of HTML5/CSS3 tricks The users of the software must think its something ahead of its time. The software is already on my server. I am looking for someone to do the work on the fly. I am also looking to hire someone to start working right now. So send me sample of your work. After that i will give you link to access the software and you tell me what is your ideas for it. if you are right for the job i will award you the job now. Also the designer must use the following: 1) Using the Bootstrap framework. 2) Good sense of design and colors. 3) The knowledge of .Net ASP MVC (preferred). Structure Requirements: I want you to create four main folders in the root directory a) Scripts b) Styles c) Images d) Plugins | | - > Plugin1 | | | | - > Scripts | Styles | Images | | - > Plugin2 | | - > Scripts Styles Images Folder (a) will contain main scripts including bootstrap js files and any custom js files written by you Folder (b) will contain main styles including bootstrap css files and any custom css files written by you Folder (c) will contain all images used in the design Folder (d) will contain all plugins used in the design and their files (scripts, styles, images, etc...)
