1 HTML Page with secctions and graphics

I need someone to create 1 HTML page that will be used by our software as the start page. Might require some graphics design. I do have a java script that has to be on the page and included on the onclick events. Look at the attached file for a sample of such a page, we need something that has the same idea but it is original and integrates with the look of our application. You can see the look of our application on the [login to view URL] attachement. The html page you design will display on the grey area where the login information is after the user logs into the app.
