Online ordering system on Wix for a kebab shop

I am looking for a freelancer to create an online ordering system on Wix for my kebab shop. General Features: Online ordering system with a user-friendly interface. Secure payment processing (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Integration with kebab shop menu (prices, descriptions, images). Customer registration, account management, and guest checkout. Order history and tracking for customers. Responsive design for mobile and desktop users. Order Management: Accept, decline, or delay orders before acceptance. - Advanced customization options for menu items and pricing Set general average delivery time. Option to Increase delivery time for each delivery/collection orders with customer notifications. Notify via text and email when delivery time is increased, with a 5-minute cancellation window so the customer will option to cancel if the new proposed time is too long for them. Send email notifications for accepted or declined orders. As well as email Send SMS notifications for declined and delivery time increased delivery or collection orders. Marketing and Promotions: Collect and manage customer preferences for email and SMS notifications. Send SMS and email offers to opted-in customers. Provide an option to send money-off credits to selected customers. Create loyalty offers: Money off or percentage discounts for orders over a specified amount. Voucher codes for one-time or multiple uses with an expiry date. Buy 1 get 1 (BOGO) offers. Allow customization of offer details, including discount amount, order threshold, and voucher code specifications. Limit the conjunction of offers to prevent multiple discounts. Address Lookup: Implement an easy-to-use address lookup with auto-suggest when customers adding their address. Menu Customization: Specify limits on sauce/salad selection for each product. Allow customers to add special instructions at the checkout Inventory Management: Easily mark items as out of stock from the dashboard. Automatically update the online menu for out-of-stock items. Order History and Reordering: Provide customers with a dedicated order history section. Allow customers to add previous orders to the basket for reordering or modifications. Enable order customization (quantities, additions, removals, instructions). Integrate selected past orders into the current shopping basket. Scheduled Delivery (20-Minute Blocks): Delivery orders will be ASAP or Scheduled. Implement 20-minute time blocks for scheduled deliveries. Allow customization of block durations (e.g., 5, 10, or 20 minutes). Scheduled Collection (Set Times): Collection orders will be ASAP (15mins) or Scheduled Scheduled collections times will be increments of 5 mins. Starting from 20 mins ahead. ORDER MANAGEMENT DASHBOARD IN STORE I also need necessary function to manage orders incoming to the store. Security and Privacy: Ensure data security, GDPR compliance, and encryption for sensitive information. Delivery Area Management: Create polygons on a map to define delivery areas. Specify minimum spending amount, delivery charge, and average delivery time for each area. I also need suggestion best way to define and update email content for New Orders, Accepted order, delayed order, declined order, offer emails, sms content, etc and for delayed and cancelattion orders give me small entry form for me on order management section to write explanation for the delay or refused orders. I do not have a specific design in mind, so I will need help with the design of the online ordering system. Additionally, I would like to include customer reviews, promotions, and a loyalty program.
