Programm a Website Application that gives the User a specific Product based on Parameters that they selected.

Hello we're a little start-up looking for a Programmer for a little gig. (The following description is very vague in order to protect our idea, copyright pending.) We need you to programm an Application for a Website, where a User can slide parameters around and then get the Application to tell him what they need to buy(Amazon Affiliate Integration) in order to fullfill their needs. You will be supplied with a very skilled Graphic Designer who will supply you with all Visuals like Buttons and Design Direction, we need you to design a small responsive and smooth looking little WebApplication ,that is connected to a Database and Algorithm, with good looking Sliders etc. (Included Picture shows how we're looking at the User applying custom Parameters)
