Website required

We require a simple corporate site to provide information about our business to potential customers etc. We are currently considering several options, depending on other related factors eg finance issues, strength of the business need, that we are weighing up: 1. Basic static 5 - 10 page website with text and images plus contact form, work required includes visual concept as well as actual production of the site. 2. Database driven ASP site, again 5 - 10 pages, no ecommerce, must have a backend for us to update the content through a web browser so no technical skills required. If image uploading will affect the price please break this down. Option to have control of menu options would also be useful, again detail the cost this would involve. 3. Interactive flash site - creative excellence required here. Again, probably 5 - 10 pages, but will also need to be dead cool to give off the right impression to clients. 4. We've heard that some people are beginning to do updateable flash sites eg a combination of 2 & 3 - but we've never heard of this before - if you can do this sort of work it would be v. useful to have a cool site we can update as we need to. When expressing interest, please include some information on who you are, your ideas (if any), how much you charge, estimates for a total cost on the ideas above, and if there are any extra charges like hosting please include those seperately. You should also include 3 - 5 reference sites to support your application, as well as a projected timescale. Lastly, please keep it simple - use of overly technical language / jargon where necessary will just mean that we don't read your email as we're not from a technical background and are more interested in what you can do for our business.
