Resolution of Windows server 2008 R2 problems: 1: FTP: 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible. This applies to second website on server and not the first. The second web site appears to work correctly otherwise. 2: MYSQL: database is accessible to website on same server but not from a web site on a different server. The php code works correctly to a similar Mysql database at a different ip address 3: Microsoft Access ODBC connection - unable to set up this from within Microsoft Access 2013. Possibly this can no longer be done but in this case problem 2 needs fixed.
