Question2 You are an assistant network administrator for a company and are asked to configure a site in an existing Active Directory forest – this involves creating a new site and moving a domain controller to it. You will need to undertake the following tasks. 1 Create a new site and name it as your surname. 2 Find out the IP address of the domain controller that you are going to move. 3 Create a subnet object, which should be in the same subnet as the domain controller that is to be moved (e.g. [login to view URL]). 4 Create a site link object and name it as your_surname_link. Set the Cost and Replicate interval to 10 and 15 minutes respectively. 5 Move the domain controller (e.g. NYC-DC) to the newly created site. You have been asked to undertake these tasks and write a description of what you do so that a colleague (with a technical background, but with little experience of using Windows Server 2008) could follow your description in order to complete this task in the future. Your answer should take the form of a list of steps for each of the tasks 1 – 5 above. Assume you have already logged in to the domain controller as an enterprise administrator.
