Looking for a experience wordpress developer -- 2

I am looking for the perfect candidate to assist with the current projects I have, and if this works well I will increase the amount of projects I take on and frequency of them.  I have had success using freelancer in the past for assistance.  My business has a constant flow of customers, my work is only limited by my time and I do everything myself.  I want to grow my business by finding a perfect fitting partner who can assist me with some of my work, which would allow me to have more time getting more business, upselling current clients, and generating more leads for the business.
