Create and Implement Combined Products Shipping Option in WooCommerce

Combined Invoice Option Description WooTheme with Woo Commerce Woo USPS Plugin Installed Woo Print Invoice & Packing List Plugin Installed Woo Track Shipment Plugin Installed Payments are processed by PayPal We offer a wide variety of products in different sizes, shapes, and weights. This makes it impossible for the shipping calculator to function accurately. We would like to add an option that allows the customer the option of requesting a combined invoice before paying. Option would become available after second product was added to cart. Customer would be required to input shipping address and any special notes regarding the order before submission. This combined invoice option should be optional. Meaning that the customer would see the postage calculated by the plugin and have the option to checkout and pay.
