Wordpress custom theme cloned (bootstrap) and site content setup - hiring now - repost

This is being reposted due to the freelancer not communicating within last 3 days and is not doing the work, do not bid if you cannot work on it immediately, and can communicate effectively. He has done some work on this so you will be picking up where he left off. This deadline was due yesterday so we need this finished asap no excuses!!!! We would like a custom template similar to what our other site we are using a custom template which is based on our custome wordpress bootstrap theme We want you to add content to the site and do setup and configuration of needed modules Site layout should be similar to our example, we are not looking for a exact copy just a similar layout and appearance will provide the url to shortlisted freelancers There will be no downpayment, upfront payments of any kind dont ask... you finish the job we pay fast.
