WordPress - Need designer/WP guru to stylize (using MODERN/CLEAN design) and build out site using premium theme.

We're looking for a Wordpress/Design guru. Our client has a WordPress site in need of a refresh. We're using a premium template to make it more mobile friendly (responsive) and IMPROVE CONVERSION. Conversion is the #1 motivation for the redesign. They are high-end attorneys so CTA's can't be cheap and spammy. We need to make a compelling presentation of key points and get people to call or email. We will migrate all the content into the theme. The project is mostly stylizing the site and attending to the UI/UX design using the theme's graphical elements. We need to get moving on this site ASAP and would like to get it knocked out very quickly. PROJECT TASKS - Design buttons, sliders, CTA's - Format pages - Find suitable imagery - Create clean/modern design - Apply conversion best practices through conversion elements in sidebars, etc. Current site: [login to view URL] Theme site: [login to view URL] Template demo (one of them): [login to view URL] We're looking for someone with the following skills. Each of these are of equal importance to us. We're always on the lookout for developers to join our team and work with us full time so someone that performs well in these areas would be considered for full time employment. - ASSERTIVE: Someone willing to stylize pages and get work done without "babysat". - COMMUNICATION: This is critical in order to manager client expectations. Consistent communication of progress, obstacles, needs, etc. You will be working closely with a project manager. - DESIGN: We need applicants that have strong design skills both in photoshop and CSS that can apply their creativity and skills toward the project at hand. - QUICK/QUALITY WORK: We want developers that take pride in their work and want it to look good.
