Create custom WordPress Form Flow

DESCRIPTION: Create a custom form flow in WordPress. User will select items in one of the first form pages and then will be lead to a subpage in the flow of the application. From there the user will select checkboxes on each subpage the user selects. From there, the form will conclude with a closing page, and then the user will have the opportunity to save the completed form as a word or pdf document. For example here is a user flow: 1. User fills out introductory questions, clicks continue. 2. User selects checkboxes A, B ,C on form page 1, clicks continue 3. User selects checkboxes 1, 2, 4 on form page 2 that is filled with content from A's category, clicks continue 4. User selects checkboxes 3, 4 on form page 3 that is filled with content from B's category, clicks continue 5. User selects checkboxes 4,5 on form page 4 that is filled with content from C's category, clicks continue 6. User finishes form with selecting checkboxes to category, clicks continue. 7. User is presented with all of the checkboxes they selected under the headers. For example a document would look like this: A 1 2 4 B 3 4 C 4 5 8. The user will then be able to download that document as a word or pdf file. All content would be dynamically rendered based on custom post types.
