Edge Animate - Just animate 1 picture, for wordpress test -- 2

Using Adobe Edge Animate (from Creative Cloud), make a simple animation from a cartoon moose graphic. I just don't have time right now to learn Edge Animate, so I want someone to do this tiny test project for me, so I can see first hand if it has potential. So, take my cartoon, pick something, like an arm or eyebrow, and make it move. (Probably needing Photoshop to make the moving parts). Make the animation do a few simple things, some kind of repeating minor occasional idle movement, and some kind of movement in response to mouse ( mouse click, mouse hover, whatever), and play a soft short audio sound during that mouse response. I'd like a white background, if transparent background is not possible. I'd like no outer box visible, if possible. Then, give me step-by-step instructions to install the components needed on my server and on my wordpress page or post. Plugin or widget are OK, A PHP code for shortcode use in wordpress, would be even more preferred. I would prefer to hire someone who can be available for subsequent jobs, hoping to get subsequent jobs, using Edge Animate and associated apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, whatever), to create fun responsive animations with my cartoon moose character to spread around on pages, posts, homepage header, etc.
