Expert wordpress - Redesign our site and new futures

hey all. we looking for redesign our website with few things need improve: 1) copy all the old data to the new site 2) the site is a news site - with many pages and data so need be fast and easy to use 3) we have some pages like that: home page - there will be all the posts / article / news etc by category similar like this site [login to view URL] news - news category with all news. glossery of things - here will be category and sub category explain each world text. for example have sub category "meat" there will be explain each part of meat (short rib / ribeye etc) so each one will be post by the sub category of this. restaurant review - there will be category we check and looking for and review restaurant at the world so it will be article. newslater - there will be neaslater connect to Mailchimp recipe - there will need to be easy recipe system - filters etc. also if user want to post him recipe he can writh and upload image and sending that to the admin. if admin approve it will be show at user recipe. so we need recipe of system. recipe of users. and each one filters like - easy recipe or meat recipe etc. contact us - contact us form with some text about us - about and small footer menu - our partners / terms and conditions and some more... 4)SEO- most to be the high SEO ready with plugins etc to made it good rank at google. 5) google adsense need to install 6) google webmaster tool need to install 7) need be hebrow language - RTL 8) responsive - most to be 9) the design need be very smooth and friendly - each aritcal at home page need be have small image. inner page post/artical need be at top big image. than big title than small title and than the text with who the wriithers time the artical/post made option to share to whatsapp and social media etc.. time for finish - 7 days. we have already all the old data and old site u can get the idea. we can buy a templets and plugins if need. but u need to send before to confirm with us.
