Install Wordpress on MS Server 2012 on Amazon EC2

I need someone who can install Wordpress on my WIndows Server 2012 r2 along side an existing ASP.net site and create any rewrite rules to ensure it points to my domain name. The server is in an Amazon EC2 instance with a local copy of MySQL I have installed wordpress/PHP/mysql already and I can get to the install page perfectly well when using localhost on the server. However when I try to point my domain to the site and use the actual domain name on the browser I get a "Page Cannot be displayed" error. Freelancer needs to either fix issue or reinstall and make it work. Work must be carried our via Team Viewer only.
