Hi! It can be made either as wp plugin or a standalone script, the former being better integrated with wc(as evidently this would have to trigger the 'Order completed' user notes/emails etc), but the latter would require less server resources to operate. Few questions: A) That extra table is on the same database/server the wc is running off or separate? B) That is to run on wp-cron or system cron? Suggestions: It might be better(less lag and resources) to trigger this upon writing in the payment, rather than work in bulk mode.
