Web Automation Program to Enter Data From CSV and Text Files into Wordpress Blogs

I need a web automation program created that will log into a list of wordpress blogs, and post data from text files into different forms, and select a random theme for the blog. I think python or c++ will do this, but I am not a programmer and I don’t code. Whatever type of program you create, I will need to run it on windows 10 and it should be easy to use without programming knowledge on my part. I will select a csv file with the program that has a list of blogs, user names, passwords and other data. Example csv attached. Step 1. Log into a wordpress blog from the list with the user name and password. (Column A,B,C in csv) Step 2. There is a plugin installed on the blog called "Bulk Press."The program will need to post data from text files on a form. I will provide a path to a large text file with a list of categories. (Column D in csv) The program must randomly select these categories based on the number found in Column E. The list will have several hundred categories to choose from. It should delete each line after use so they are not re-used. Step 3. Next it will go to a custom plugin that is already installed, and post a very large list of keywords into a form. The path to these files are in Column F, and will be different for each blog. Each text file will have around 20,000 keywords. Step 4. Go to the "Add themes" page and select, install, and activate a random theme. It should use a different theme on each blog. Step 5. Go to the next blog on the list and repeat this process.
