Wordpress Plugin Development - Social Plugin

Hi, I am looking for somebody to create a Wordpress plugin based on allowing Wordpress users to share there social profiles on there website easily. The plugin will allow any user to add social icons such as Facebook, Twitter, G+ etc. to there Wordpress website easily. I want the plugin to allow the user to place the social icons in any widgetized area, any page or post, and also to allow floating options too. The main features include: Backend - The user can create there own icon set and choose which social sites they want to display. They can create as many individual icon sets as possible, which includes: > Offering several styles and social site icon designs for users to choose from. (Graphic packs will be provided) > Also, offering an option to customize there own social site icons (Change colours of the social icons to match there site, using a colour picker) > The user can set up as many icon sets as they want to use on their website. > The user can set up custom social sites too and add there own icons. When posting to Wordpress: > They can post a chosen icon set to any widgetized area. > They can include a chosen icon set/share links to any page or post. > They can also add the icon set of there choice to float on either side of there website too. I would also like the icons to expand once anybody hovers over them, when they are live on the website pulling the relevant data from there account (facebook page, tweets, G+ updates etc.) I would like to offer the user the option to choose whether they want the icons to expand to offer this data.
