We already have installed the theme with demo content.
Need a wordpress expert who can
- Install/configure some plugins that we already have or those that are free
- Do css changes, like theme color change etc.
- Input some content in the theme that we will provide
- The site should support english, spanish, and portuguese (we already bought the plug-in)

- Then where the home page picture is we want a slider and a search bar in the middle for Property Search. You can look at [login to view URL] for reference.... the search bar in the middle where the home page is, when you search for a home (that is a plug-in called IDX which allows anyone to look up any listings_It provides all the listings available and we pay for it monthly, as we already have the IDX plugin.
- Other minor work if necessary to complete the site like we want.
As you can see there is nothing complex that we need, that a wordpress expert can't handle.

The only thing in your list that raises questions for me is the property search piece.
I've worked on a few real estate agents websites and generally the property search systems and online platforms for it are poorly made, which leaves me with a gray area where it could be a time sink trying to get the plugin to do something it wasn't designed to do.
