236214 Help to launch media website

We are launcing a new media destination website. The site will be all video content and sponosrhip banners. The site and the player is nearing completion (all Flash). We are looking for help with launching the site (e.g. uploading and keeping videos current), managing the destination, and are receptive to hosting, serving and bandwidth packages as well. Quality of user experince is a PRIMARY concern and do not want compromised solutions. Placement of sponsor banners, hot links, changing program guide (which is also in falsh), and general input re: anything we can do or change to make this a very userfrinedly destination would also help. Most content is VOD (free) and live (free). We may have some live PPV and help with setting up related transactions and rapid converstion to play is a plus. This is an entertainment video site with NO adult content.
