Les missions principales sont : • Contact quotidien avec les centres SAV Europe • Répondre aux demandes des clients sur les différentes Marketplaces (Amazon, etc.) et sur le mail de contact selon le process établi. • Gestion des réclamations, des retours clients et des remboursements • Gestion entrées et sorties de stocks SAV • Gestion des demandes d’avoirs et de factures • Renseigner et conseiller le client final
First milestone: 250 - Register - Login - Before login approve admin authorization - We will show product price on Product listing page for Trade users only Seconf milestone: 200 - Trade user can add product from product details page to cart and checkout and place order without payment - we will send order details mail to User email and Admin email both - Show different price based on user country, for UK and China, admin will add both price in each product manually and it will show on frontend based on user's country - I will add one product only of any one category to demonstrate to how to add products and for test
