I have an excel spreadsheet with all of my client information -- each row has all the information for any given lawsuit/case. I automated my documents by using Row 3 in my excel sheet as the "hot seat", pasting a link from the excel spreadsheet into my word documents; whenever I wanted to create a document relating to a particular client, I would copy and paste the client's information into Row 3, and their information would automatically populate my word documents.
