We need a personal assistant to help us negotiate, locate and open a company office in two key towns in Bulgaria: Plovdiv and Sofia.
The person we need is flexible and speaks Bulgarian and English fluently. The main part of the job will include locating an apartment, office and preparing documents where needed to support the company director in moving to Bulgaria and dealing with some local needs. Helping with flight arrivals and some legal documentation liaison - collecting post etc from new offices while we begin the company set up; there may be some travel needed, but not until the company is fully set up.
The PA Virtual Assistant needs:
- Skype/mobile
- face Book
- connected internet
- driving would help, but we can drive
- 100% reliability for assigned tasks
The role is freelance by the hour but may lead to a full time role once we are established in Bulgaria.
We see this person as our Bulgarian support as we get established.

I have experience in relocation. However I currently live in Burgas which is not far from Plovdiv, but it is far from Sofia. If you need permanent staff I would consider relocating myself.
