Hi I have the following project which is a car cash detection system that once it detects a crash has happened will send the gps co-ordinates to a pre-selected number. Attached are 2 Arduino files, one detects when a crash has happened, this is done with an arduino UNO and an accelerometer. An led light lights up and a buzzer is susposed to go off but doesn't for some reason. I also have a LCD screen shown data. I would like to add a reset button to this to reset the alarm. The next part of the project is for a sms message to be sent to show the location of the crash. The second file is a program using a MKR1400. This send s co-ordinates once it receives a sms with "L" in it however both the Lat and Long coordinates are always zeros. This is just a program where I was trialling the gps function of the MKR1400. What I want to end up with is one program that will detect with a crash has taken place and will after a period of 10 seconds with the buzzer going off send out a sms stating that a crash has happened and with a link to google maps showing the location of the crash. There should be a reset button that would stop the sms from going out also.
