I'm using Arduino nano ble sense 33. I was able to execute person detection. For image capture I'm using arducam OV2640 2MP Plus. I want to save the person detected image to either pc or SD card. And push it to the cloud via esp32 or esp8266.

How soon do you need this work done? I would need to order the ArduCam module - which could take 1-2 weeks to arrive. I would use an Arduino Uno, Nano or Mega to test this functionality. (I do not have a Nano BLE sense 33 unfortunately.) This first milestone is for saving the image to an SD card. If you want to send to the cloud I would treat that as a separate milestone - once we have the first milestone complete. This bid does not include any image processing algorithms - which, by the sounds of it, you have already implemented anyway. This bid is for saving to SD card only.
