Instead of looking for a translator, I'm looking for a person with high understanding of both Dutch and UK English to translate travel articles into English. Rather than translating word per word, it's extremely important that the feeling and flow of the article remain. In total, there's 8 texts of (on average) 1400 words. I'm looking forward to a quality of work that doesn't need to be proofread. Before starting on all the articles, I wish to have one article translated as a test (paid when happy with the outcome, of course). Please submit your price for the TOTAL job (8 texts of 1400 words) and please indicate the time frame you need to do the total assignment.

I am a student who has translated quite some texts. My mother language is Dutch, so that's absolutely no problem for me. My English is really good for a non-native speaker. I read a lot of books and watch lots of movies and series, so I know my idioms.
