I am looking for an architect who can create detailed architectural plans for a residential project. I already have a detailed concept in mind and need someone who can translate that concept into specific technical drawings. I WILL PROVIDE ACAD FILES AND SKETCHUP FILES Skills and Experience: - Experience in creating residential architectural plans - Proficiency in translating detailed concepts into technical drawings - Knowledge of structural details and ability to incorporate them into the plans. Architectural Information Required 1. Situation drawings, site plans, floor plans, sections, views and building details. 2. Technical specifications, including general specifications and special specifications. (Types and characteristics of materials used in more detail and comprehensive for architectural components) Structural Technical Information Required 1. Simple technical calculations and drawings of foundation plans. 2. Basement columns, beams, floor slabs, and roof frames, covers and other building components. Structure detail drawings. 4. Simple technical calculations and drawings of electrical networks consisting of from source images, networks and lighting. 2. Technical calculations and drawings of sanitation system plans consisting of clean water, wastewater, rainwater, drainage nad solid waste management. 3. Technical specifications (types and characteristics of materials used in more detail and comprehensively for mechanical, electrical and plumbing components)
