I'm in need of a skilled architect to create a modern house plan. Project: Customize 3-story, 4-bedroom house plan with flat roof on 30m x 15m plot. Desired modifications: Ground floor: Create dedicated dining area on right side. Convert store to pantry, laundry, and en-suite servant's quarters. Enlarge kitchen and add central island. Remove kitchen counter facing living room. First floor: Ensure bedrooms 2 & 3 have equal size with equal-sized bathrooms. Create area in the Lobby for 2-study Desks Second floor: Add small executive office on the terrace. Flat roof: Design for drainage and potential use as green garden, solar panel platform, or gathering space. Also take into consideration Building Stone size will be 20cm x 20cm x 40cm Deliverables: 1. Detailed architectural design 2. Structural design 3. Electrical design considering we want to use Down-lights throughout the house 4. Floor plans The final deliverable should be detailed and 100% accurate, enabling immediate use by a builder.
