Captcha Decoder C\C++

Hi All, I need a C++ library\class to do decode Captcha . i'm not interested in sophisticated captcha's but at least it MUST decode captch's like attached(GIF format) with higher rate of success (>90%) + as much as possible of common/simple captcha's IMPORTANT NOTE: any code not solving the attached captcha and similar with success rate of 90% will not be accepted Deliverable's :- VS2010 solution having the library with a wrapper executable(the code need to be clean/clear/well commented) List of Captch's that can be decoded with estimated success rate Payment :- No initial milestones will be paid 50% when the first deliverable 50% after testing plz only Serious coders with strong image processing skills/similar experience Happy Bidding
